How do I obtain a business license from the MVA authorizing me to establish a new dealership for selling new vehicles?

To apply for a new dealership license, download the New Vehicle Dealer Business Licensing Packet​ which includes all the required forms and instructions. Mail the information identified below to the Business Licensing and Compliance​ division. Incomplete applications or applications without required documents will not be accepted.
